Do not use them. They shipped my vehicle to the wrong location after picking it up late then made no effort to fix the situation. Worst customer service experience I've ever had. I had hired them because I'm in the Army and was moving and wanted to ship my wife's vehicle so she did not have to drive cross country with our infant daughter. National Transport has caused my family considerable time, money, and stress.

As I understand your frustration, and your need to express your dissatisfaction with our service through no fault of our company. The cost of the transport was refunded to you in full, even though we satisfied the transport we were contracted to provide. It is unfortunate that the update of the delivery address you provided was done after the vehicle was dispatched.
