I was relocating from Arizona to Texas and my car was being picked up on a Friday afternoon before I was to depart on Sunday. When the driver arrived the key would not turn. As much as we both tried (the driver and I) it would not budge. The driver told me that they were not departing until Sunday morning and that they could come back and pick up my car as soon as it was fixed and still make it on time. Both the driver and dispatcher were very polite and the driver made the second trip saturday morning to pick up the car. It was delivered on time without a problem.
