My car left Phx. 12-29-14, it arrived in Texas on 17-1-15 It left Phx in an enclosed vehicle, it arrived on an open car hauler, they stopped and unloaded it someplace then put my car cover over the car and delivered it the rest of the way in the rain. The wind and rain ruined the interior and body of my car. My contract calls for door to door delivery in an enclosed vehicle. They refused to pay for damages, I have been trying for months, with no response after my first call to them. The damage was in the thousands of dollars. They said the driver was responsible not the company. The car also arrived with my expensive sheep skin seat covers gone.
