I had initially contracted with a different transport company. I gave them a deposit and the pick up time came....and went. Basically they sent out my order at a ridiculously low bid, and no one picked it up. I finally cancelled my contract and went to National LLC. They were a dream to work with. Customer service was clear and honest. I choose standard shipping, which was a 14 day pick up window. My vehicle was picked up 8 days (including wknd days) after I released it. It was 2 days later in arriving than promised, but the driver kept in close communication with me.

Had I been in a time crunch, I would of used their express service. But since we were not, I felt their standard service was good and I would use them again. Mostly because there was constant honest communication about what was going on with my car
