National Transport went up and beyond what I was expecting. Teresa called and told me all that I needed to hear and what to expect. She answered all my questions and gave me updates as well as the drivers name and number.
The price was excellent. They picked up my truck in Miami, Florida to take to a dealership in Roswell, Georgia as a trade in. They then brought back my new truck from the dealership in Georgia and brought it straight to my house. I was fortunate enough to get the same driver, who waited for my trade-in truck to be inspected and the new truck to be released to the driver.
Very smooth transition and I was in the loop at every step. Next thing I knew, I received a call to come and sign for my truck, as the driver was only 10 minutes away.
No complaints whatsoever.
