BEWARE. Company is dishonest and unreliable. Does not communicate effectively, will not confirm information. Will charge a cancellation fee even if it is their miscommunication. Would not recommend. No one who works for the company can make a decision in the customers favor and they will not provide actual ownership or escalation option to discuss . Fees will be added weather you agree with them or not. They will try to charge you more if you want customer service (like confirmation of pick up location and/or dates). Use at your own risk.
