I called the company on a Saturday, car was picked up on Tuesday and delivered on the following Saturday. Driver was friendly and I was in contact with him during the whole transit process. I would highly recommend. This was my first time using a car transport company and was surprised at how easy it was. The car arrived dirty, but that's to be expected with an open transport. Annette at their customer service was friendly and helpful. All my questions were answered quickly.
