I had an extremely disappointing experience with National Carship. After signing the contract and paying the required deposit, the communication was terrible. I was eventually given a pick-up date with a 3-hour window, but no one showed up. I reached out again and was told the pick-up would happen the next day, but no time window was provided—and once again, no one showed up. I requested a refund and have received no response. This lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using National Carship for any of your transport needs.
