Damaged new car with no delivery inspection allowed!!

I hired Natl Car Transport to pickup my new car at a dealer and deliver it to my home. The car arrived 2 days late. The driver demanded payment ($400) and signing the 'delivery form' before he would take it off the transport. Once he took it off the transport into my driveway within 3 minutes he took off! He left before an inspection was allowed and he did not provide a bill of lading. Within ten minutes of the car being dropped off, picutres were taken and sent to Diana and Leo at Natl. Car Transport. The same day an estimate to have the body damage was done and sent to Natl Car Transport. The claim adjuster came out 11/24/15. My husband and I have been going back and forth with Natl Car Transport and they said I needed to work directly with the insurance company and the claim company. Weekly calls have been made to the insurance company. The claim insurance company informed me on 3/7/16 that Natl. Car Transport IS IGNORING THEIR CLAIM!!! Natl Car Transport does not stand behind their drivers or their work!
