We were very happy with the service that Michael from National Transport gave us but we were very disappointed in the service from World Class Transportation. Their representative Andrea needs a great deal more training.Her communication with the client is very poor and her attitude is a bit rough around the edges. Their saving grace was their delivery men who did a good job. We would only use Nat'l Transport again if they didn't subcontract us out to World Class Transportation.
Michael from National Transport did a great job and should be awarded for the positive way that he represent Nat'l Transport.
