This company is very poor at allowing itself to be contacted. It is NEVER possible to get a person on the phone because the pickup by voicemail is constant and they only return calls during the sales process. After that, you are on your own. We were not called the night before our pickup (as promised) and when we attempted to call them on the morning of the pickup date no one returned a call. We were kept in the dark all day long and calling Customer Service was found to be just as useless as calling our given contact, Jay Moyano, Sr. Sales Representative. Find a different company to transport your car and save a lot of aggravation. I wish I had sought out reviews of the company before giving them a deposit. The one star of the other review I found on line is higher than I would give.
