I called National Auto Transport for a quote, they told me my car would be delivered in 3-4 days. 6 days later I called, was not able to get anyone from customer service on the phone till the next day (normal business hours). They told me the car would be delivered within the next couple of days. I called 2 days later, they put me on hold to call the driver for an update then told me he would be in my area the next day. Another ENTIRE WEEK went by before I finally heard from the driver. The salesman also told me my car would be picked up by ONE truck and not taken off (also a LIE, it was put into a lot for over a week before another company picked up the car). So the "3-4 Days" turned into 17 Days, which to me is false advertising, and the constant lies about when the car would arrive every time I called, is horrble customer service. I would recommend contacting an ACTUAL car transport company vs. BROKERS like this one.
