NAT SUCKS

I purchased a vehicle off of Ebay and decided to use National Auto Transport to ship the vehicle from Tampa, Florida to Arkansas.

I iinformed NAT that I would be out of state by the 18th of July. They said it would be no problem and that my vehicle would be at my destination by the 10th of July.

I called NAT on the 10th of July to find out the progress. The person who answered mentioned that the vehicle had not be picked up and they would try again, and again and again.

They finally picked the vehicle up but wasn't able to deliver it until after I left the state so I had a friend pick the vehicle up.

The driver had a contract with NAT which was $125 more than my contract with NAT. Therefore the driver wouldn't release the vehicle without the full payment. My friend paid the extra costs to get the vehicle. I called NAT (while i was out of state) and the person who i was transferred to talked to me very unprofessionally.. calling me a kid!

I filed a complaint with paypal for my deposit and filed a complaint with BBB. Paypal was able to refund me my $200.00 deposit. I hope that BBB investigates the matter as well.

DO NOT USE NAT!!
