I like all of you went through the process of believeing NAT and paid the deposit believeing that I would get my vehicle delivered by NAT. When 2 dates came and went, I called for a refund and was lied to, hung up on and sworn at. I don't take things lying down so I thought, how can I legally get back at them. I statred the next day by calling their toll free number and when the person at the other end answered, I would state my name and the fact that I wanted my refund, and then I would stay on the line until they hung up. I honestly called them over 150 times and they were getting very frustrated with me, tying up one of their lines. I called everyone of their emplyees mail box and used up all of the time in each mail box pleading my case. My feeling was that if this company can fraudulently try and deal with me and not hold up their end of the deal, promise me the world and then try and keep my deposit, then I am going to at least do some stuff legally to try and hit them where it hurts. Well guess what, after being told by all of their emplyess who answer the phone and Alejandra their beauty of a customer service employee that I won't be getting a refund, I received a message on my cell phone from Mr Rick Van Der Water, the owner of the company. I called him the next day and after I assured him I would do anything within my power to hit him in the pocket book legally, he assured me that I would recieve my refund back which I did. I have Mr Van Der Waters cell # if anyone would like to call him and discuss their poor experience with him. Please don't use an auto Broker to have your vehicle delivered. Do your research and deal directly with a trucing company like United Road Services as I did after my expereince with NAT-Bill
