National Auto Transport was referred by the car dealer I purchased my car from. The car was picked up a day late at the dealership in California and thats just the beginning...I was told the car was to arrive on Saturday but it didn't come until Wednesday. Despite unteen calls to find out where the car was, voicemails were full and IF I could get a breathing body, I was always told "let me look into it and I'll call you right back...". I'm still waiting for just one of those calls to be returned. I received a call from some guy Alex on Monday at 5PM and he wanted me to drive to Richmond, VA to pick the car up and drive an unregistered vehicle home. I explained that was not the arrangements that were made and he hung up. After more calls and messaes to them, I got no where. I called the Delaware State Police and reported the car as stolen and that is where the "fun" began. The car magically appeared in a parking lot in Virginia then was picked up by lord knows who and taken to a tow yard of Ray's Auto in Laurel, MD. I got a phone call from Ray and he was beyond rude and nasty. Lets just say arrogance and his ability to use more than 7 four-letter words in an average sentence are his best traits. FOUL FOUL FOUL! The car arrived today by one of his drivers. The guy refused to put the car down until he was paid in cash and refused to give any receipt at all. The title to the car and the two sets of spare keys are all missing. Kyle from National Auto Transport called this morning at 9Am and its now almost 6PM and he's disappeared like the rest. And oh yeah, this is all AFTER I got a phone call from Jay 2 days after the car was picked up and him telling me its going to cost me an extra $250 above the agreed upon quote. DO NOT USE National Auto Transport OR Ray's Towing from Laurel, MD!!!
