After paying a deposit and having great customer service along with prompt phone calls back my pick up never happen. I called multiple days, with no response and eventually had to leave my car in AZ and fly to NY with the idea I would find a new car transport. Eventually 9 days after scheduled pick up some random company came to pick the car up. Upon arrival in NY I was told I had to pay 300 more in cash (C.O.D) was already expected...and they would not release the car until I came up with another $300. The transport company that dropped off the car was not National, it was a company they hired to do the drive. Also my tire was slashed. Overall super bad service and everything related to it. They still will not return any phone calls.
