Having shipped my vehicle in the past, I knew to expect "flexibility" with car transport companies. Manny and his crew at National Auto Shipping were excellent from the minute he initially contacted me. I spoke with him on Monday and by the end of the week, my vehicle was picked up, exactly the day he told me the carrier would come. Less than a week later, my vehicle is here with me in Texas. The carrier, AATL, were exceptional too. The drivers were very friendly, accomodating and kept me informed of when they were arrving and when they would be delivering the vehicle. There was no ambiguity or unknowns at all with the transport. The folks at National Auto Shipping were upfront and honest throughout the whole process. They were welcoming from the inception, as are all salespeople, but followed through the whole time with top-notch customer service. From now on, I will go with National Auto Shipping. Manny and the guys at AATL recognize how much angst can be associated with vehicle transport and are there to assist every step of the way.Yes, I put down a (refundable) deposit. Yes, I was quoted a resonable price. Yes, I was inundated with other brokers trying to dissuade me. And yes, I was completely satisfied! I highly recommend National Auto to anyone looking for a reputable place to do business with.
