Deceitful and bait and switch with worst customer service

NAS said they were different and had drivers/carriers of their own and were able to pickup the same day if not 2 days after booking. This is why their price was higher because it was their own derivers and able to pickup and deliver promptly. Manny said they were not a broker but direct transport. Well that is not the case. They are a broker and bait and switched from a sub contractor to another to another with excuses after excuse of why it was not picked up. They also are not taking responsibility for the minor damage that they caused in transport. Do not ever book with National Auto Shipping or any of their affiliates.
