They picked up and delivered my bike very fast. Communication was very good as well. The driver kept me updated through out the whole process in dropping my bike off. The driver was also very knowledgeable about the product that he was dropping off. They also do an inspection on the vehicle from the pick up location and they also do another one with you to show there were no damages done during the shipping process. I got the bike shipped from Wisconsin to Missouri. The price was about 480.00. I thought that was very reasonable since other companies were well into the 500 dollar price range for the same shipment. Overall the service I received could have not been better. I am a very happy customer.
