Delivered car with punctured tire and passenger door. Acknowledged by driver (at least the tire!). Office sent insurance certificate for another company and failed to respond to claim. Federal Motor Carrier # on website belonged to a different company. Complaints to state and federal agencies have produced no results. June 2008
