Id first like to say that i am not one to write a lot of reviews and especially for a small family run company. But my experience was one that I thought should be shared....

I went with National Auto Shipping because they gave me a quote that was $200 less than the other companies and they were a 5 star company. I was told my car would be picked up almost immediately. I had to arrange pickup on the other end, as I was at the final destination and not with the car. I asked that i would be kept informed on timing and given at least 24hour notice. I was assured this was not a problem. I was never called. Every time I called to check in I was given another story, "There was a delay, they will be there on Friday." One time i told they would be able to pick up the car that day. I scrambled to get the car where it needed to be putting a family friend out by doing so. The car was never picked up and I was never even told. I'd call to check in- there was always some sort of a problem and then a push back of a couple days. . Customer Service was never apologetic and only once (out of 5 times) called with an update when they said they would. After the 5th time of being give the run around I decided to call another company, Magic Carpet, to see if they could do any better.

The customer service was so much better of the bat. I was told they would match the quote but the likely reason they weren't getting drivers to pickup my car was because the price was significantly less than the other vehicles in the area. She advised that we increase the price by a $100 so that it was competing with the other cars on the board. This made complete sense to me and in hind sight realize why all of my quotes were around this rate. I was happy to do this- I just wanted my car picked up.

With in a half hour she had a driver who bid on my car and with in 2 hours my car was picked up. My experience between the two companies was night and day. I didnt even have to sign a contract with Magic Carpet. If they didnt have a truck for me, i wasn't locked into paying them anything. With National I am stuck fighting the $100 contract fee for horrible service.

Kate Fenneman Stokes Customer set up order on monday 10-29-2012 when she booked the job she was informed that it takes 5-7 days to coordinate a driver in that area since its not a busy route for our drivers. One of our drivers had a delay due to mechanical problems customer in COLORADO was informed. ( they probably never informed kate fenneman stokes on delivery since we made contact with them ) 2nd truck was assigned and customer Kate Fenneman Stokes repeatedly kep calling and calling when we already gave her the accurate dates to get it picked up. She got desperate and decided to cancel her order once driver was on route. In this buisness we try to make all clients happy but in this particular case this client's brutaliation review against us is not accurate. So for our future clients we are the LARGEST company in the USA moving cars and for the last 17 years are record is outstanding. This customer is exagerating and 95% of information is False.
