Company Rep Richard was excellent over phone. Assigned driver K was very nice and easy to work with. Shipping a car is not exact science, the exact date and time to pick up car was fuzzy, as was delivery date and time, but flat tires, DOT stops, etc can affect delivery time. Just be flexible and it works out great. This company gave me a great price, great people to work with, and polite, reliable service. Everything happened in the window I expected....kudos!
