NAO Auto bid on my auto move (posted through the broker Mercury Auto Transport). My job order had very clear (and very reasonable) dates on when the car could be picked up and when it had to be delivered in Washington. NAO was not shy about jacking up my offer price but they were less than faithful in meeting my delivery window.
The pickup went fine and it was on time. I met “Mike” – their driver—on the pick-up end. He was very nice and maybe a little difficult to understand but helpful in explaining the program. A clean truck and a clean driver. My only complaint on “Mike” is that he has one of the world’s worst cell phones. There was so much static and noise every time that I talked to him on that cell, I was never really 100% sure of the details of the conversation.
I didn’t mind paying more but I was disappointed in not having the auto delivered on schedule. If I need to move a car again I would likely try my luck with another company. -Paul
