We shipped a large sedan from San Diego, CA to Horseshoe Bay, TX in March 2019. Mr. Car Shipper did an outstanding job from start to finish. Casey was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and most importantly, he was integrous and transparent. Because we were also driving, we could not be at the hand-off and receiving locations. This was inconvenient, but there was nothing Mr. Car Shipper could have done to slow the transport for us. Although we considered the cheaper open transport, it was essential that the vehicle not be exposed to road conditions (ex: chips and dings from other vehicles/road debris). Since this was a possibility in the open trailer, our vehicle was shipped in a covered transport and we paid more for the type of transport that would live up to our requirements. Our car was transported by Gran Turismo Motorsports LLC. They were equally professional and reliable. The car was picked up in San Diego and delivered in TX within the 3 day windows on either end. We had hoped to have the car delivered to our driveway, but Gran Turismo could not fit the tractor-trailer in our community. Although meeting them in a nearby parking lot (less than 10 mins and in daylight) was a little inconvenient, it wasn't a fault of the transport company. It was simply a matter of physics; the truck could not fit the roads or make the turns necessary to get to our house. This was an excellent experience and we would HIGHLY recommend both the broker (Mr. Car Shipper - thanks, Casey!!) and the transport (Gran Turismo Motorsports LLC).
