Liza Brooks worked extremely hard at making it "come together". She was always professional and friendly and made this, my first time experience, pretty easy. I would give her, personally, a 5+ rating. The lower rating comes because the amount I contracted with Mover Jet Logistics was not honored by the driver, who asked for more so Mover Jet also tagged on more. Granted, the total was only $150 over my contract but it was an unexpected and unwelcome wrinkle. The driver DID do a great job and effected delivery in excellent time.
