Customer service does not have the slightest common sense.
Asked to have personal info removed to not be contacted from them again and still calls me with BS expensive offers.
Quote is not what you will pay for the shipment.
They will ask way more that what you will get quoted for (quote $700, Asking $1050 for me)
Whoever Ellen Page is I'm sure she non existing person.
She is apprently who handles your shipment but will not be able to reach her nor she will contact you.
For a company who transport something valuable, they are not reliable at all from communication and clarity of their operation.
