I had an overall good experience. Jane Waits was easy to work with and I'm happy with the service. Only reason 4/5 was due to driver being late by 4 days but I have another vehicle so it didnt hurt me not having on time delivery. Considering distance from Maryland to California the price was pretty good. Literally door to door service, driver showed up in front of my apartment.
