So everything started out alright at first. I did quotes from multiple carriers and found Movewheels to have the lowest price. I set up and scheduled a date about three months out. Little less than a month out I contacted them again just to verify that everything was on track and was assured by the dispatcher Justin Flores (don't think that is a real name being that this guy is Korean sounding). Two weeks out or so was told the same thing that everything would be good. About 4 days out he said he will contact me when we get closer to the actual date which was 20 May. I contacted him again asking if it's possible for a day or two early pickup. He told me it should be no problem he will find out and contact me again. Was told to contact him in the morning and he will get me a time that day that the driver would be out. I texted several times and called and wouldn't get an answer, when he finally answered the phone he said he doesn't have a driver at the original quoted price that the contact was signed at which was for $950. Told me he has a driver aligned up right now for $1,800 he would be there for sure the next day at noon. New contract was sent out with the updated price and I waited for the next day. Around 11 I started messaging the dispatch to see what's up with the driver and to get his contact information, no reply. Called multiple times, no answer. 12:20 rolls around and the dude finally answers the phone saying the driver was stopped for an inspection. Would be maybe two or three hours before he arrives. I asked if I could get the drivers information and he changed the subject even though he said he just talked with him. I asked where is the driver coming from and he said "oh, he's local". I proceeded to tell him all the locations that are about that time away from me from SC to FL and other parts of GA asking what is considered local. Still wouldn't tell me, just said 2 - 3 hours or so. So, three hours rolls past, zero calls from "the driver", zero updates from "the dispatcher". I called so many times with no answer for the next few hours nothing. This is the worst most deceitful company, they will lie and tell you everything you want to hear and then ghost you right at the end. No integrity or intestinal fortitude to do the right thing, just lies, lies then ignore. I hope this company fails and goes bankrupt and that they get sued for their deceitful tactics. Avoid like the plague.
