My parents were promised a day and time the truck would pick up their vehicle, when it came tie for pick up they had an e-mail stating that the truck that was going to pick up their vehicle would not come by due to the fact that since it was the only vehicle it was going to pick up, it wasn't going to stop in the area for 1 vehicle only, and they could still provide a service, but then the price all the sudden jumped up $800, that was not agreed on. Needless to say they were not used and they are definitely not recommended. They tried to say over the phone well the only reason they didn't stop by was because the truck broke down, that story changed later to well the driver won't come by because it is obvious it will cost them too much to pick up just 1 vehicle when there were going to be multiple that all got delayed.
