Horrible Experience

This is ridiculous its been 17 days since I gave them my down payment of $149.00 dollars. I called and emailed them asking about my vehicle a week and a half later and after a couple days i got a response saying that it would cost me approximately $100 more to ship so i emailed him back asking what the total cost would be I'm tired of playing games with this company. They havent taken the initiative to even try to contact me ignoring my emails. I was told by leroy on the day of my down payment that it would take a few days to get a transporter. He is not a man of his word its nearly been three weeks and so far no ship date. Stay away from this company.

Anyone who moves cars know that we are only a broker and sometimes due to the nature of the route carriers can charge a little more..this was the case and then it was late becasue the carrriers were running behind end of story. We dont tell stories we tell the customer the truth whether its good or bad some just take it the wrong way..lets move on
