I was so pleased with the customer service I was given by this company. They were the cheapest we found no one even came close to their price. We received a quote from Johan and I called him the next day; Miguel answered and was very polite and put Johan on the phone immediately. Just like the quote said there were no surprises and was not asked for additional money once I had them on the phone. I had told Johan this was the 1st time we have ever transported anything and had no idea how the process worked, he was so kind and answered all my questions. He was in contact with my husband or me through the whole process. They actually arrived early to the pick up and our car was not ready so Johan asked the driver to stay over until Monday. Unfortunately he couldn’t so Johan let us know he was waiting on a driver again and would let us know once one was available. Again he was in constant contact with us. He called my husband a few days later and said a driver would come off route but it would be an extra $100 not the company but the driver’s request, we decided to go ahead and do that and Johan got on the phone immediately and dispatched the driver. We had the car a few days later. It was no fault of Move on Time it was the person we bought it from did not have the car ready. All that to say this: Johan is the best and if I ever needed to transport again they will be the 1st company I will call. Thank you Johan!
