Well I ordered a car transport on 2-04-08 and this company was all to eager to take my deposit. Well to make a long story short I was forced to coancel my order and was told that the processing of my refund would take 72 hours. Well today is 2-22-08 and I have yet to recieve my refund. I finally got Steve on the phone (supposed owner) and he informed me that the process was NEVER INTIATED and that he would make sure that it was done today. He also informed me that it would take 24hrs. for me to recieve my refund (which is B.S.). When I asked for proof of his actions he told me that he would not supply any documentation and than he graciously hung up on me. Take what you will from this people but I for one would never recomend this company to my worst enemy. BTW you might want to MAKE SURE THAT YOU RECORD YOUR PHONE CALLS as everyone there seems to suffer from anesia until remeinded!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
