Motor Movers themselves was a great company. This was the first time I shipped a car, and their customer service reps. are very informative and explained the process well. I would use them again and would HIGHLY recommend Laura Curto, who gave excellent customer service. I would not recommend the shipping carrier we contracted through them, Pacific Auto Delivery. The delivery was late, and the carrier company and driver were not very friendly or communicative at all. The driver took extra money from the delivery person, and I was very upset about this. I called Laura at Motor Movers, who promptly handled the situation with the carrier company and obtained and refunded the overpayment to me. Laura was very attentive to me and took my calls on the weekend and handled this situation with true professionalism. It is because of her customer service alone that I would use Motor Movers again if needed. I am sure they contract with many other carriers who are reputable, and if you ever have an issue with a carrier Motor Movers will handle it for sure. Overall I would highly recommend Motor Movers for their great service.
