Purchased car on eBay. Estelle took time out to talk with me first- that made all the difference.
She was patient, explained how process work and took calls back from me on 2-3 seperate occasions. She advised me on options with initial carrier and was even away from office to inform me of contract and on vacation when checking on completion. Now that's service. She was pleasant and professional. No unforseen events, it was a great move at a great price.
