My experience with Jessica at Motor Movers was as close to perfect customer service as you can get. She was always quick to answer any questions or concerns by email or phone, and even on weekends. Within a couple hours of posting the bid she had found a transport company and about an hour after that it was all arranged. When I told her I needed the truck to arrive before a certain date she found a company that could deliver. They asked for an additional $200 to guarantee the delivery date, but she assured me it was not necessary and they would still deliver on time. She was absolutely right and the truck arrived a day early in great shape. The transport company allowed the previous owner to put quite a few spare parts (including 5 wheels and tires) inside my truck at no extra charge. They also called me a day before it was to arrive and then again about an hour before it arrived at my house.

Overall it was about as good of an experience as I could have hoped. I would definitely use Motor Movers again, and I'll be asking for Jessica!
