Even though it was difficult to determine pick up and delivery days and times, we received our car in Michigan quickly. The carrier used was very friendly and took great care of our car. Alice was also helpful but unable to get in contact with the carrier/driver to help us determine pick up, even though I feel like she did try to reach him. I ended up calling the driver directly to orchestrate a day/time of pick up.
Regarding delivery I organized the day and time directly with the driver; Alice did not contact me until 3 days after my car was delivered to ask if the car did indeed get delivered. Odd that Motor Movers didn't act as a liaison to organize the delivery with the driver. It ended up where the responsibility fell on me.
Overall the service provided by Motor Movers Auto Transport was four star worthy for setting me up with a great driver and for giving average customer service.
