I have ordered countless items online and had them delivered to my home, but this was the ultimate. I wanted a new Dodge Challenger and found the exact vehicle at a great price. The problem was that the car was in Oregon and I am in Virginia. I placed an online request for shipping quotes for the car. I was overwhelmed with calls and emails by different companies offering their services and price quotes. I had just about decided that I was in over my head and that I should forget about a long distance purchase. The phone rang againnad it was Jeff from Motor Movers. He took the time to talk to me and explain in detail how the transport industry works. He assured me that he could arrange to get my new car to me within a reasonable period of time and at a cost that would not defeat the purpose of locating and buying a heavily discounted year end close out deal. With this new found confidence, I proceeded with my purchase and notified Jeff when it was ready to be picked up.
Throughout the process, I was able to contact Jeff for questions or updates at any time. If after hours, I sent an email and always received a prompt reply. Once the job was assigned to a carrier (in this case, Reese Glick/Glick Auto Transport), I was given the cell number for the driver and I had the option of contacting Jeff or Reese directly to get updates. I got a follow-up call form Jeff today to confirm that my car had been delivered on time and in good condition. It was, and I would certainly recommend Motor Movers Auto Transport to anyone needing delivery service.
