The transportation industry was deregulated a few years ago and brokers fill a very important role in serving the consumer. Not only scheduling goes into getting your vehicle from point A to point B- but, many hours and several departments devote themselves to ensure that proper insurances and licenses are held by carriers before your vehicels roles onto a carrier.
