I reseaarched a lot of vehicle transport companies and after some deliberation entrusted Motor Movers with the transport of my vehicle. Alice Perry, was very professional, had a very calming soothing voice (which helped in at times stressful situations) and also was very on top of things. She ALWAYS got back to you when you needed some information and trust me when I tell you this, I did ask a lot of questions. She explained the entire process very well and laid out the possibilities that the driver may come early. Once she was informed about when I was going to expect the driver, she contacted me immediately.

To my pleasant surprise, I got an semi-enclosed transport vs the open transport pickup! The driver was polite and patient and really took care of the vehicle. He was early when he delivered the vehicle in CA - although I originally expected to receive it in 7-10 days I got it in 4! I wouldn't say that you should expect an enclosed transport when option for the open one, however this was a pleasant surprise and thought it was a wonderful extra serice point - my commendation to Motor Movers for the precise selection of their drivers/carriers.

I would go back to Alice in a heartbeat and recommend anyone who is in need for transporting their vehicles to contact her. She will take care of you and your vehicle needs. Highly recommend. Thanks Alice for everythingm it was a pleasure working with you! :))
