I was satisfied with certain aspects but dissatisfied with others.

Customer service was great. I was always able to get in contact with someone, and my questions were always answered. Alice was fantastic, and she was able to answer all of my questions. She was courteous, friendly, and responsive.

My complaints came with the movers. They were 2 days late on pickup and delivery. Additionally, they did not tell me I had to pay cash or cashier's check until the day before delivery, when my bank was closed. The next day when my car was delivered, they did not give me the promised 30 minute warning. So as I went to get cash, the rushed me and called me to complain that I was taking too long. As if them having delivered my car late hadn't caused me multiple problems.

Overall though, my car was returned in good condition. It was brand new and despite dirt along the trek, it was not scratched not damaged. Because of that and customer service, I would reuse this service, but I would always assume they will pick up and deliver late in the future.

Alice Perry 480-428-1261 Motor Movers Auto Transport Mr. Alvarado- I am very pleased that you were thrilled with Motor Movers and the customer service that you received. I am disappointed in the delay of delivery by the carrier. As you can imagine delivering 8-10 cars across country delays may come up for weather or other unplanned circumstances- therefore carriers rely heavily on an estimated delivery. But I am pleased that you were overall happy and that you would recommend us !!! Take care in all you do- Alice
