Alice was very perfessional as others at company I had contact with, Kept in touch and kept me up to speed on when pickup would be, was a day late but we had severe storms in the midwest and had power outages so I was not dissapointed as I caulked it up to weather. Delivery was excellent, could not get down our road in florida so driver phoned for permission to drive the car itself to the house which was great because we were still in ohio at the time. As far as I know at this time there was no damage or items missing. very pleased with service and would not hesitate to use them again............ thanks alot alice and all the other associates at motor movers. you do deliver rick h
