From the very beginning Vlad was very communicative and timely. I booked this service through a broker after comparing their great reviews compared to so many bad reviews for other brokers. The broker chose Motion for the job as he said they were great to work with and I have to say I totally agree. I was told my Audi TT would be treated as if it was theirs and that’s exactly how it was. The broker said the car would be picked up on May 20th and Vlad contacted me the day before to set up a time. I was given a two hr window and Vlad contacted me to say he was running about an hour late which was great that he took the time to let me know. When he arrived he did a thorough inspection then loaded it up. As promised it was placed on top to keep it safe. I was originally told by the broker that it would take 7-10 days to go from Pennsylvania to Washington but Vlad made it in six. Drop off was seamless and I am very happy with the price, professionalism, and top notch service. I would use Motion again in a heartbeat!
