The driver was 4 days late picking up the car. There were no calls to tell me that he was not coming. He simply just did not show up. I had to call several times a day to find out if they were even going to make it. When they were actually able to come and pick up the car I couldn't get the day off and had to leave the car in a grocery store parking lot. There was never a call to say that it was picked up. I again had to call to find out that it had been picked up just like I had to call to find out where they were. I called multiple times on the road to make sure that I could be there for pick up. I told them multiple times that I had to have my car delivered within a 10 day window or no one would be available until the following week. However, even with all the time spent trying to coordinate they called and said that they would be there 2 days late and could not make it in the 10 day window. When did they call and tell me this? At midnight of the last day that they could deliver. He also informed me that my car didn't run anymore which was interesting since it was running fantastically before it was loaded onto the truck. So not only was my car 16 days in transport, the driver managed to kill the 6 month old battery and break my antenna, which he said he had to remove but would go right back on. I am sure it would have if it hadn't been snapped off. The worst part is that you can't do anything about their complete and total suckyness and lack of ability to do their JOB. If you have an ounce of sense you will not use this company as fucking with your mind, frustrating the hell out of you and then still demanding their money is their forte in life.
