These guys are great to work with. Mario in dispatch was especially helpful. I shipped my '09 Civic from NJ to IL. I was relocating and on a very tight schedule, and both Mario and the driver were extremely friendly and flexible about making a small change to the pickup location. The driver was friendly and honest, and got my car to IL in just over a day!

The best part of my experience came after the transaction was complete. I left my IPass in my car when it was being shipped, and was having an awful time working with the various toll agencies between NJ and IL to get a refund. The whole journey I was charged the commercial rate, and the toll agencies had me running in circles. In an effort to prove that the tolls were double charged (and hopefully get my money back), I called Mario to see if it would be possible to get proof that the tolls were paid by the driver. He immediately called his driver to ask for the information, followed up with me like he said he would, and got me the information in only a couple of days. This was incredible! To be that willing to help a past customer out on an issue that doesn't relate to the transport company says a lot about the customer service. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with the effort Mario put into helping me out. Not to mention- my car arrived safely in such a short time. Next time I need to ship a car, Montway will be the first number I call.
