The online process to setup and schedule a window of time for my cross-country car transport was very easy. A company representative followed up immediately to talk me through the specifics of the order including pricing. The car pickup was at 9:30 in the evening, an unexpected time. However, the driver, Vladimir, took his time to inspect and load the car. We agreed upon a few, minor scratches. Delivery was in 6 days, again in the later evening, but we negotiated for the following morning. The car arrived safely and without any damage. The bill of lading is electronic, so be sure to understand what you are signing before you sign, just a FYI.
