I trusted them to follow through and not charge extra and so forth, and I do recommend them for that (and would use them again). However, the number of phone calls and repeated information I had to give was pretty annoying. And they got the destination address completely wrong despite all that. And they didn't point out that the car carrier truck would never get up the small hilly destination street, and we would need a third point to meet at. It turned out fine for me, but you should be aware. However, my big complaint was that they said we would have at least 24 hours notice of which day it would be. Instead, I was informed less than six hours before hand when it had to be ready. I called the driver to cancel because we couldn't get the car ready by then, but he was flexible and was able to pick it up 4-6 hours later than that. We still had to cancel the day's plans to go take care of it. FIVE STARS FOR TONY THE DRIVER. He also offered an alternate dropoff point that was very close to my house. Thank you, Tony!
