We made a reservation with Montway in November for a January 1st -January 3rd Pickup. They called us on December 27th to tell us that they were picking up the car the next day 28th! When I booked with them I told them specifically that we would not be ready for the car pickup as we would not be at our home before the 1st. They said that they would call back with another date for pickup. Not one person contacted us for pickup and I had to call on January 4th to make them aware of this. We were stuck with shipping our kids holiday gifts before our flight and had to cancel the transpiration due to them giving us a date for January 12th! Sorry we are already in Florida not CT anymore!!
