Hello Denis, our team did work on getting a carrier assigned to your vehicle. You were also working with another company to get your vehicle transported at the same time. Our team let you know that it can cause a delay and you agreed to cancel with the other company. Your vehicle was assigned to a carrier before canceling with us. Our cancellation policy is stated in the email sent to you at the time of booking. If a carrier is assigned to your vehicle prior to your cancellation, then the deposit is nonrefundable.
