Please do not use this company. The person I booked the transport with took the dates my car was available for transport and delivery. I booked at lease 3 weeks ahead of time and was told they could accommodate by time frame. A few days before pick up I still had not received a call on the pick up time and exact date and they said it had not been dispatched yet. The day they said the car would be picked up I finally received a call for pick up but they could not do it for several days. I explained that is why I had a final date to be picked up I was leaving on an airplane and would not be there. I needed the car picked up today. After several attempts to accommodate THEIR driver, not me, I was told that now the driver needed to charge me an extra $200. I was being swindled because Montway dropped the ball on getting a driver on time. I told them I wanted a refund on my deposit as they were not able to accommodate the dates they had originally agreed to. I was told by a supposed supervisor Antonio who would not give me his last name, that my refund most likely was a not going to happen because the driver was dispatched even though I did not agree with the dates. He saw nothing in the notes to quantify a refund. Actually what I really told them is I will see if I can find a friend to be with the car for pick up since I would be on an airplane moving. When I called back it was not the same person but I sure received a dispatch email even though I had not agreed to it yet. I was then told I would have to sign a release of damage if I was not present which I decided not to do either because they could not guarantee a drop off date. They didn't tell me that on the first call. They also did not tell me that if they dispatch I would not be refunded my deposit. It was done without my permission and was sneaky. I was belittled by a so called "supervisor" named Antonio who would not give me his last name, only his extension of 2041. There are so many more frustrating details to this but I wont go into them all. The same day I canceled I booked another transport company who picked up and dropped off on the exact days they said they would. This company is fraudulent!! Save yourself the aggravation.

Our team reviewed the conversation you had with the booking agent and the dates were not guaranteed. Our cancellation policy is stated in the email you received after booking your order. We see that you have spoken to our team in regards to your refund and they have discussed with you any refund that may pertain to you.
