If you are doing your research, I KNOW you came across some scary reviews for other companies. This one is the one you NEED to go with! They are EXCELLENT in every way! Based on my previous experience, good communication and punctuality was a deal breaker for me. This company kept me updated with every step (via emails and phone calls) and the car arrived 3 days earlier than scheduled. I was even able to have direct communication with the drivers and that detail alone made my life annnnd the transaction much easier. Trust me, this is the company you need to use!
